Mid Full Stack Developer (Django + React, Tailwind)

Location: Warsaw/Remote
Form of employment: Contract of mandate / B2B
Remuneration: 80-120 pln/hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us develop modern web applications. If you have experience in Django, React and Tailwind CSS and value good programming practices and teamwork, we invite you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Design, development and maintenance of web applications based on Django (backend) and React (frontend).
Creation and integration of REST APIs.
Optimisation of applications for performance and scalability.
Working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or others).
Implementation of user interfaces according to UX/UI principles, using Tailwind CSS.
Collaborating with a team of developers, designers, AI engineers and product managers.
Participating in code review and ensuring code quality.
Creating technical documentation.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Very good knowledge of Django and the Django REST Framework.
Experience working with React and the ecosystem (Redux, React Hooks, Next.js – welcome).
Knowledge of Tailwind CSS and ability to create modern user interfaces.
Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Ability to write unit and integration tests.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins – welcome).
Knowledge of SOLID principles and good practices in code development.
Ability to work in a team and be communicative.
Knowledge of English at a level to work with documentation.

Nice to have:

Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, Azure).
Experience with WebSockets and real-time applications.
Knowledge of the basics of DevOps.
