About the Role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives in data engineering, business intelligence, and AI implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage enterprise client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end delivery of data integration, BI, and AI projects
- Convert client business needs into technical project specifications
- Establish project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs
- Manage diverse teams (data engineers, analysts, DevOps)
- Implement governance and risk mitigation
- Maintain stakeholder communication at all levels
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployment
- Support pre-sales activities and solution design
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing IT or data/AI projects in B2B settings
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, data architecture, modern data systems
- Experience with cross-functional technical teams
- Proficiency in project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMP)
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Problem-solving under pressure
- English B2+ and Polish fluency
- University degree in IT, engineering, data science, or related
Nice to Have
- Documented success with complex data or AI projects
- Pre-sales support experience
- Familiarity with Django, Snowflake, Mulesoft, Databricks, Power BI, Azure Data Factory
