We are currently transitioning from a startup to a scale-up – developing our product, scaling our organization, and preparing for international expansion

The Role:

We are looking for a Head of Revenue who will take full ownership of sales, marketing, and revenue growth.

This is a key growth leadership role – you will be directly responsible for building and scaling predictable revenue streams, combining hands-on sales execution with strategic development of go-to-market, partnerships, and marketing.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, having a real impact on the company’s growth trajectory and international expansion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the company’s revenue strategy (sales + marketing)
  • Actively sell and close B2B deals (Mid-Market / Enterprise clients)
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline and forecast
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes (discovery, negotiation, closing)
  • Develop and scale partnerships (resellers, integrators, technology partners)
  • Build and manage sales & marketing teams
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes and KPIs
  • Use marketing, AI, and automation to support revenue growth
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Represent the company in key client and partner relationships
  • Support international expansion, especially in European markets

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales of technology solutions (IT / SaaS / AI)
  • Proven ability to independently close complex deals
  • Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong ownership, execution mindset, and result orientation
  • Understanding of modern sales & marketing tools, including AI and automation
  • Excellent communication skills (business + technology)
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level
  • Polish proficiency at native/C1+ level
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel
  • Availability to work from Warsaw in a hybrid model
