About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Revenue to take full ownership of sales and marketing. This is a hands-on role combining deal execution with strategic revenue development. You will report directly to the CEO as we transition from startup to scale-up with international growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute revenue strategy across sales and marketing
  • Personally manage B2B deal closure for mid-market and enterprise
  • Build and forecast sales pipelines
  • Lead complete sales cycles from discovery through closing
  • Build partnership ecosystems (resellers, technology partners)
  • Develop and supervise sales/marketing teams
  • Create scalable sales processes with measurable KPIs
  • Leverage marketing tools and AI for revenue acceleration
  • Guide pricing and positioning decisions
  • Manage key client and partner relationships
  • Facilitate European market expansion

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years B2B technology sales (IT/SaaS/AI)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently close complex transactions
  • Mid-market and enterprise client experience
  • Sales team leadership background
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with modern sales/marketing tools including AI
  • C1/C2 English, native/C1+ Polish
  • Category B driving license, travel willingness
  • Warsaw-based for hybrid arrangement
