About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Revenue to take full ownership of sales and marketing. This is a hands-on role combining deal execution with strategic revenue development. You will report directly to the CEO as we transition from startup to scale-up with international growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute revenue strategy across sales and marketing
- Personally manage B2B deal closure for mid-market and enterprise
- Build and forecast sales pipelines
- Lead complete sales cycles from discovery through closing
- Build partnership ecosystems (resellers, technology partners)
- Develop and supervise sales/marketing teams
- Create scalable sales processes with measurable KPIs
- Leverage marketing tools and AI for revenue acceleration
- Guide pricing and positioning decisions
- Manage key client and partner relationships
- Facilitate European market expansion
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years B2B technology sales (IT/SaaS/AI)
- Demonstrated ability to independently close complex transactions
- Mid-market and enterprise client experience
- Sales team leadership background
- Results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with modern sales/marketing tools including AI
- C1/C2 English, native/C1+ Polish
- Category B driving license, travel willingness
- Warsaw-based for hybrid arrangement
