About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product to lead product strategy and delivery for our AI-powered Business Operating System. You will have full ownership of product, delivery, and collaboration with the technology team — bridging business vision and execution. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects for enterprise clients
- Establish delivery processes (sprint planning, release management)
- Lead cross-functional teams (dev, AI engineering, DevOps)
- Balance client expectations with team capacity
- Collaborate with CTO on architecture while maintaining delivery ownership
- Support pre-sales and strategic planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years IT experience, 3–5 years technical leadership in product environments
- Track record delivering AI/ML solutions in production
- Strong product management and delivery process knowledge
- Cloud architecture expertise (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
- SaaS or platform product experience
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Excellent communication (business + technology)
- C1/C2 English, native/C1+ Polish
- Category B driving license, willing to travel 20–30%
- Min 3 days/week on-site in Warsaw
