About the Role
We are looking for a Business Data & Ontology Analyst to analyze and document business requirements for our LLM-based AI solution. Your focus will be on business process analysis, entity identification, and data relationship modeling across customer data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for LLM-based chatbot implementation
- Identify and model key business entities
- Build and maintain business ontologies
- Analyze data structures and APIs
- Data mapping and integration from multiple sources
- Develop technical and business requirements documentation
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and AI specialists
- Participate in testing and implementation verification
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as Business/Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of business analysis methods (UML, BPMN, ERD)
- Experience building business ontologies and managing entity definitions
- Data structure analysis and documentation capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder workshop facilitation
- English B2+
Nice to Have
- LLM or AI project experience
- Knowledge of Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Relevant certifications in business analytics, ontology, or AI
