Job description: We are looking for a Data and Ontology Business Analyst, whose role will be to analyze, document and establish business requirements for an in-house AI solution based on language models (LLM). This person will be tasked with analyzing business processes and identifying key business entities, creating ontologies and modeling relationships between data from various data sources provided by customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements related to the implementation of a dedicated LLM-based chatbot.
  • Identifying, defining and modelling the key business entities used by the chatbot.
  • Building and maintaining the business ontology that will enable the chatbot to operate effectively.
  • Analyzing documentation describing data structures, APIs to identify the required scope.
  • Data mapping, defining relationships and integrating data from different sources.
  • Developing and maintaining business and technical requirements documentation in accordance with applicable business analysis standards in the area of data integration.
  • Collaboration with teams of developers, data engineers and AI specialists during implementation and validation of solutions.
  • Participation in testing, verification and implementation of developed solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business and Systems Analyst, Data Analyst or related position.
  • Practical knowledge of business and systems analysis methods and notations (UML, BPMN, ERD).
  • Experience in building business ontologies, entity definition and data management.
  • Ability to analyze data structures and document data flows with required relationships.
  • Very good communication and experience in conducting analytical workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of English (at least B2 level).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in projects based on language models (LLM) or AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of integration and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Certifications or completed courses in business analytics, ontology or artificial intelligence.
