We are currently transitioning from a startup to a scale-up – developing our product, scaling our organization, and preparing for international expansion.

 

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Product who will take full ownership of product, delivery, and collaboration with the technology team.


This is a key leadership role – you will bridge technological vision with execution and ensure that solutions are delivered to clients in a predictable, high-quality manner.


You will work directly with the CEO, CTO, and both business and technology teams, having a real impact on the company’s direction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization 
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects for enterprise clients 
  • Build and implement delivery processes (sprint planning, estimations, release management) 
  • Lead cross-functional teams (developers, AI engineers, PMs, DevOps) 
  • Align business, product, and technology perspectives 
  • Ensure predictability and quality of delivered solutions 
  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and feedback 
  • Balance client expectations with team capacity 
  • Collaborate with the CTO on architecture and innovation (while maintaining ownership of delivery) 
  • Implement documentation and knowledge transfer processes 
  • Support pre-sales activities and strategic decision-making 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including 3 – 5 years in a technical leadership role within a product environment 
  • Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments 
  • Strong understanding of product management and delivery processes 
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable) 
  • Experience building SaaS or platform-based products 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong sense of ownership and decision-making ability 
  • Excellent communication skills (business + technology) 
  • Ability to build processes from scratch 
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level 
  • Polish proficiency at native/C1+ level 
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%)
  • Availability to work from Warsaw at least 3 days per week (hybrid model) 

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in scale-up environments (10–50 people) 
  • Experience working with international clients (especially US-based) 
  • Background in data science or data engineering 
  • Experience in investment processes / due diligence 
  • Additional European languages
